Charleston and Summerville, South Carolina: Soak in the History-Bask in the Amenities

This book is a collection of articles accumulated over my years as a blog writer in the Lowcountry of South Carolina with an emphasis on things to see and do in Charleston and Summerville, a charming town 23 miles to the northwest off I-26. The two Lowcountry communities, Charleston the greater of the two, have a shared history as deep as the famous Charleston Harbor. Their storied landmarks are rich in history and linked to stories both true and folklore, which I blend together with the intent to educate and amuse my readers and followers. I have patronized the city's vast repertoire of world-class restaurants. I have immersed myself in many of its enlightening and entertaining tours both land and water. I have left my feet imprints in the soft, sandy beaches of its surrounding barrier islands, some inhabited and some uninhabited.
